they start to break break down you have amino acid turnover in the muscle you have fatty acid turnover in in the adipose tissue and those um are then delivered to the liver which again um has this it's partly supply driven like this stuff just shows up and it's like well what am i going to do with it um glucose is less toxic than having loads you know loads of glycerol and free fatty acids and all this stuff just like floating around so i'm gonna turn into glucose
