if everybody's insulin resistant or has metabolic health problems then single things will pop up so then yes maybe because if you if you isn't resistant may be having more LDL is bad because it does go into you know pain or pressure points in the in the circulation which are more damage and cause atherosclerosis there but if that metal wall disease isn't there in the first place you know maybe it's maybe it's not a problem at all but when you're doing these studies in a sick population where the endothelium is already completely screwed on the other line your blood vessels then some of this stuff starts to look like it's important but that's just because you know everybody's sick in the first place
