they gave people a standard American diet and they looked at GIP and GLP and then they gave a kind of a mostly plant-based low-fat diet with lots of roughage and lots of you know bulk but real foods vegetables nuts cereals and grains and they saw the GIP go right down in the following weeks and GLP the lower good one goes right off so it can be done with a more plant-based diet just by eating a lot of real foods instead of refined foods and getting a lot of the food to work its way down to your system like it would have for those highest carbon digitus peoples eating real unprocessed foods
