so I think that basically what would happen is we give we give a sumo wrestler a little bit of fat boom they just explode an insulin resistance yeah I mean obviously they'll have some fat in their diet but the other the other important thing about their diet is generally and obviously I'm not super up-to-date on sumo wrestlers but from what I know they it's not a very processed diet Riya has right it mean it has rice huge amounts of broth but also lean meats vegetables you know they're poisoning themselves with all that yeah with all those polyphenols but they're eating you know compared to what most people eat you know a fairly unprocessed diet and so even then in massive caloric surplus low-fat unprocessed this they still maintain insulin sensitivity the problem is then when when the sumo wrestler quit sumo wrestling just like when the if you know the NFL lineman stops playing football right BAM suddenly instant resistance so you need those muscles like to be working to offset that but you know in while they're still working hard that having all that fat they're still they're still insulin sensitive
