why do we believe ldl is a problem in the setting of insulin sensitivity that is the main debate i have with mainstream medicine
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
i actually don't think small particles and ldl size are much of a cardiovascular disease risk marker when you are insulin sensitive
but again when you look at insulin sensitivity first none of these numbers mean much of anything
that elevated quote-unquote ldl is not necessarily a problem if you are insulin sensitive
I do not believe that elevated LDL cholesterol is a problem for healthy AKA insulin sensitive humans at all
my lipids are in my opinion just fine with low triglycerides robust HDL yes my LDL is higher than normal which leads to high quote unquote small LDL but I'm very insulin sensitive I have a pattern a uh lipids meaning my particles are large and buoyant so there is not really any indication of problem there in my opinion other than the elevated LDL
