and after my third daughter was I had a major tragedy that kind of happened in my life and it was one of those times in your life where you just kind of almost realized your sense of mortality I think as medical providers were you know like we see death I mean I bring newborn babies into the world but we see death way more than then a lot of our friends do right our friends and family and I think sometimes you almost like become immune to it a little bit and I have this just sense of mortality and I said I thought you know I just I I've got to figure out my own health I didn't feel great at the time so I went and had some labs checked with my doctor and I found out I had pre-diabetes
