there's of course a pathological state in which you would have high free fatty acids and high insulin so once again it's it's a lot of this research is to emphasize that there is a difference between the two even if they're not mutually exclusive but that there could be a circumstance for which you have high free fatty acids and it's not a bad thing correct so I would actually expect to see someone with high insulin and high free fatty acids if they're sick or recently injured basically anything involving inflammation and inflammation being needed and this is probably partially because inflammation or oxidative stress all that type of stuff can induce insulin resistance in the adipose and in the liver
