So when you do exercise, as you say, first your insulin sensitivity increases. So you don't need so much insulin. And as I said earlier, the first tissue that develops type 2 diabetes or insulin resistance is the skeletal muscle.
But, you know, generally exercise increases insulin sensitivity.
