Because I was working 70 hours a week and exercising six, seven days a year. And still eating like a cyclist? And eating like a cyclist. And I'm from the Basque country and we like to eat food because it's one of the best areas in the world. And probably also I had insulin sensitivity developed from I was a cyclist, which I would just pull carbohydrates, you know, and then I would not burn them. So maybe I just transform them into fat. I also have a familiar dyslipidemia. So I have high triglycerides and high cholesterol genetically. So I didn't take care of myself. I would not exercise and eat a lot. So I gained 65 pounds in about eight years or so.
