that that when we become insulin resistant we will store fat in the visceral compartment this is exactly what we were talking about if liver glycogen is full and we overeat on fat we will store that fat as visceral tissue and that is an indication that you are insulin resistant because the body is saying hey I have more nutrients than I need I'm gonna create you know the citrate is gonna move out of the mitochondrion to the site is all it's gonna do de novo lipogenesis
