you had insulin resistance and when you remove that by making this change in your diet hypertension goes away yeah and it goes away quickly because if you strike hard with the correct diet fix the root cause fix then things happen quite rapidly long before the weight can slowly is seep away
there is a large amount of literature to illustrate very clearly that insulin resistance and resultant hyperinsulinemia, elevated levels of insulin, result in hypertension. ... and that is correctable with dietary changes.
