So, at Nutrisense, if people want to challenge, do a carb challenge to see kind of how they respond under maybe a higher glycemic load, we tend to recommend that they do it with real food. So, we'll do the same 75-g equivalent, but of white rice or honey or white potato, something that's pretty close to, you know, a a carb load in one sitting, but more realistic of kind of real food and and what a real uh, glycemic challenge might be.
