the ferritin i think is something for people to keep an eye on there's a lot of red meat it's not a contradict a Shinto it just means some of us from a genetic stock of people who absorb iron more avidly yeah what do you think of for ferritin is your cut-offs if somebody doesn't have inflammation the upper limit is typically around 250 anything above 250 we have to ask questions like you said I'm not alarmist or he's like stop all stop all red meat and you know you have inflammation you would have put it in context look at the labs around it
