I think ketosis which is a very non deprived diet so it allows you to eat you know 1500 to 2,000 calories a day as long as 65% or more of it is from fats and I would urge people to do healthy fats you know not butt not vegetable oils and you know certainly not trans fats and things like that and teach their body how to burn fat again and to get down to a BMI that would be proving to be much more healthy
