the key is eating very low glycemic healthy plants and vegetables so you know I could literally eat 1 to 2 pounds a day of Brussels sprouts or asparagus or spinach broccoli cauliflower and if you look at the calories its miniscule even when you're eating a pound of this stuff and so I'm not storing a lot of glycogen and I can burn it up in one good day of exercise and overnight fasting and turn on top of duty on a regular basis
