the verted data that's been coming out they change their diet and all this stuff starts to resolve we see diabetes going into remission we see their inflammation markers going down their LDL c turns to a more you know less small dense particles more large particles which is another aspect of that profile that we see and all of this stuff starts to resolve so I think the big hint is it may be something in our diet what that is up for debate I don't think we fully know but at the very least it's something that changes when those people in the vertebra Ange their diet and in people in the vertebra for those that are not familiar are generally doing ketogenic diets correct Berta is a program that's Steve Finney and jeff Olek and it's it gets people on ketogenic diets and so in that data yes they're finding some striking results that people when they go under these ketogenic diets when they adjust their metabolism adjust their macronutrient ratios to achieve ketosis they're finding these improvements correct and this is not only diabetes this is also non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and we're starting to see more research looking at even things like MS or like all this other stuff we see some improvements on ketogenic diets
