I see studies like this that say h like there there are there is some evidence that at least in some people long-term ketosis can negatively affect well I would say moderate term ketosis four weeks of ketosis at least in that study anything over a day perhaps we would consider long term — can affect cortisol metabolism negatively can affect thyroid hormones can affect all sorts of things
