in fact those people with the lowest LDL were dying at a higher rate per year if you average that if you average and divide then those with a higher LDL everybody who had an LDL of say 0 to 79 was dying at a rate of about 3.1 percent per year everybody 82 99 was dying at a rate of about two point five five six percent so basically two and a half percent per year and everybody above 100 was dying at a rate of around 2% per year everybody above 100 milligrams per deciliter of LDL in the age parity cohort and in Haynes was dying at the lowest rate compared to the lower rate of LDL
