but if at the level you're at with the intentional amount of your food and I'm the same way I can tell when I've eaten something that doesn't clean up the signal to be able to actually hear signals here the message so you can differentiate I'm just filled with noise versus there's actually some signal here yeah and I've cleared it enough maybe not perfect but enough that I can hear the signal yeah and I can I can feel when there's the feedback of the noise coming in it's like oh yeah I don't like that but if you're just all cacophonous noise good luck with intuitive eating yeah yeah that's the truth that's the challenge with it
