and i do think that at least my hypothesis might be or where my mind has gone now is like maybe these compounds aren't harmful for us or maybe it's just beneficial to get them uh via proxy of an animal that's already processed them properly as an evolutionary herbivore i just i kind of come back to this and as you know i'm not sure how familiar with my work uh you are but i i've become a fan of fruit in the last uh year for a few years
