what we did in the morning today is vitally important for many different reasons and we got out there right after we woke up the sun you know hadn't even crested The Horizon so we're giving our body all the right input signals we're getting that you know high-intensity brightness compared to an indoor environment the blue light in fact is is waking our body up it's giving you know the Circadian mechanism of it's morning time let's release cortisol and then we're also getting a swath of the rest of the spectrum the infrared like component which is really removed from our modern indoor environment so it's multifaceted I would say but for me that's one of the easiest most important things you can do you can wake up go outside for 5 10 minutes and you're setting yourself up for success for the rest of the day from a circadian component from a signaling component and then you're getting also some infrared light exposure which we're very deficient in
