our hunter-gatherers have different microbiome and we have that's far more rich far more diverse it actually includes many microbes that we think of as pathogens
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
i think it's a diversity of experience that we should be getting some dirt you know we should be out in the sun we should be in waterways
the gut microbiome of odds and hunter-gatherers is here you can see they don't even include they don't even have bifidobacteria generally very healthy they have a much higher level of microbial richness and biodiversity than italian cohorts but it's not because of fiber it's because of their exposure to dirt and nature
it's because of their environment and this is the part that's been lost because you can't package in a pill and nobody can sell it to you
