some people have so much back pain that they can't even do the Cobra type push-up they need to just go to a wall and actually just put their hands on the wall standing about six inches or so away from the wall and then just push their hips towards the wall okay yeah I acknowledge kind of an odd visual there but pushing their hips towards the wall while keeping their you know arms bent and their torso you know anywhere from 6 to 12 in from the wall and then eventually progressing to be being able to do these Cobra type push-ups or up dogs whatever you want to call them on the floor
