Lifespan is not enough. You need healthspan! Lifespan does not always equal healthspan.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
See I think outlive encompasses both truthfully I I think you know to Bill's earlier comment um out living is more more than about the um chronological years of life it's about the quality of life as well
longevity is well it's a function uh I think so again I tend to think of things mathematically made up of two vectors and one of these vectors is lifespan and one of these vectors is Health span and both of these vectors are necessary to you know demonstrate the function of longevity
I haven't seen anything to make me believe that you can separate healthspan and lifespan
when I think of longevity what I'm really thinking about is maximizing both the length of life and the quality of life
