I have a question about extrinsic motivation so if we grow up being incentivized by extrinsic things you know um you'll get your allowance if you blank um you can spend the money that you make and you know on your paper route doing the things you really want to do is there any value in those kinds of learning based incentives um for kids and for adults because I mean that's the real world as well
