um really just urine is a really great way to understand if the pot if you're consuming good amount of water or not so this would be like first morning urine specific gravity yes yeah what would you want to see it at ideally 1.005 to 1.015
1.020 okay interesting 1.020 interesting yeah yeah and that's easy I mean you guys can get that with like a first morning urine analysis if you go to get blood work yeah just get a urinalysis and every year analysis is going to have a specific gravity and you'll get a sense of how hydrated you are at the time
