part of why it is that we're as confident as we are about smoking is because it actually does meet what was the original Bradford Hill criteria and virtually across every major data set you do find greater all-cause mortality not just lung cancer all cause mortality with greater use of smoking and not by like the little hazard ratios of like say 1.3 and so forth we're talking you know two hundred four hundred percent I mean or sorry two thousand four thousand percent I believe it's it's really way out there
