It's toxins, and it can be internal endogenous toxins or external toxins, like heavy metals or pesticides or glyphosate or a million other things. It's infections or microbes. So it can be post-COVID syndrome with persistent spike protein. It can be Epstein-Barr virus that leads to MS. It can be Lyme disease. It can be your microbiome being off, which is the truth for most of us. It's allergens, which are things that your body is reacting to, both environmental allergens, or it could be food allergens or food sensitivities, which is not truly an allergen, but it's more of an adverse reaction to food from leaky gut. It can be poor diet, which I think most of us understand what that is. It can be stress and that can be physical mechanical
