realize guys that if you are drinking plastic bottled water that is a big source of microplastic some studies estimate five grams a week which sounds crazy to me maybe five grams a month that's the equivalent of a credit card in microplastics probably on the order of a month if you're drinking many bottles of plastic bottled water every day
