there is no such thing as non-specific back pain and if that's what the person operates on in their strategy this non-specific thing it will only be dumb luck if they're able to come up with a strategy to mitigate it they have to have an assessment well they can go and see someone who is very knowledgeable in converging on an understanding of their pain
