but any any amount is beneficial so it's not like you know oh well I can't do 300 minutes there I shouldn't even care well that's not true because there is there are benefits you know even with like any type of physical activity
I would argue the data really I would say suggests that you actually probably need to do more exercise um to sort of reap the cancer preventative benefits than you do cardiovascular benefits
High-intensity exercise appears to be especially effective at reducing cancer risk and enhancing cancer treatment efficacy.
