Now, let me be clear. This is a good shift in the grand scheme of time and space, but it does come with problems because you find that because we're involved in environments of discomfort, I think humans um are sort of wired to do the next easiest, most comfortable thing because that would have served us in the past, right? In the past, you didn't want to move too much just for the sake of it because you wanted to conserve calories. If you had the opportunity to eat a little more food, you would probably do that because that would give you a survival advantage, right? you put on some fat. You didn't want to spend too much time if it was too much too cold or something. Um, and so we're wired to do the easy thing, but now we end up in this sort of easier world. And those sort of instincts we have, I think, backfire.
