First thought is um for a long time I wrestled with this question of do I have to be dissatisfied to be driven? Is is that part of it? Is that part of it that I have this vision for where I want to be or what I want to accomplish and then I look at my current state and I realize there's a gap between where I am and where I want to be and that dissatisfaction with that gap is what drives you forward.
