One of the most striking finding was we looked in people with different neurodegenerative diseases and asked how old are all their different cell types and we find in this rare disease called um amiotrophic laterals sclerosis or ALS in in the US we often call it lugaric's disease because lugaric was this baseball player who got this devastating disease. It's a muscle weakness that often progresses extremely quickly and people die. Um, and what we found is that these individuals had extremely old an enrichment in extremely old muscle cells, skeletal muscle cells in particular, and also heart muscle cells, cardiammyioides.
