We also, of course, we measure the electrical activity of those nerves. We also measure the age of those nerve cells, we look at which genes are switched on and off, and the conclusion was that the nerves went back in time, back to the reset, full reset to about 80%, their genes, the gene expression patterns as we call it, which is which genes are on and off, was reset to being young again, and the mice got their vision back, as almost as good as they were when they were young.
