I could imagine a Time three four years from now when it's about when waking up early and going to bed within three hours of sunset is the protocol which harnesses all other protocols right you're going to exercise you're going to do it in that time you're going to eat you're going to do it in that time you're going to socialize you're going to do it in that time and in doing so you're also avoiding a lot of the issues related to disrupted sleep
