so cataract is fundamentally a there's still room for improvement but there's it's fundamentally a solved problem uh the problem is is that worldwide there aren't enough cataract surgeons there's not access to care the Machinery or the lenses um cost too much money in developing countries to get out to the number of people who would need them so it's actually just again an access to care cataract is a reversible treatable easily treatable problem but it's number two on the list of causes of vision loss in the world because we don't have enough access to care
