I'm certain that dopamine that is high levels of dopamine that are not preceded by effort are not just bad they are downright dangerous
any dopamine reward that is not preceded by substantial effort, you know, can potentially destroy us in the form of addiction, but also leads to a drop in that baseline of dopamine at other times.
So what I think is very dangerous um and we talked about before on this podcast is um this notion of dopamine that's not preceded by effort.
