I kept trying to say like you have to make room for moments of detachment every day regardless I mean it's just non-negotiable because otherwise you could spend the whole day buried in your history lesson or whatever other thing you're doing and as important as that is it would be very easy to say whatever it is I'm doing right now whether it's trying to stay in touch with my co-workers or trying to to figure out a way that we're gonna pay that next bill I mean those things are vitally important but it's not necessarily clear to me that you're going to do a better job of those things if you neglect that sort of self-care that comes from being in nature being still detaching from it right
