but i don't think we understand how big our hormis stress bucket is for a lot of people like you go in the sauna you've got a sauna over there in your rehab bedroom you go in the sauna and the sun is a hormetic stressor too we know that cortisol goes up after you go in the sauna and so it's like well how much can any one body take of all these things and what we don't really have a good foundational metric to be like you're over trained you're over hormesis right you're over you're over biohacked
