I mean these things are running our metabolism. They're co-actor for enzymes. They're doing a lot of important things regulating inflammation, changing gene expression, and we don't think about them. We're so focused on macronutrients that we forget about the micronutrients and how important they are for the way we, you know, regulating the way we age.
