and what's the radio frequency band so yeah let's talk about that cuz it's it's kind of complicated the the the electrom electromagnetic spectrum is vast right and again the only difference here is the the wavelength and the frequency and the energy of the the wavelength radio frequency could be anywhere technically from like 100 khz which is like 100,000 uh Cycles or oscillations per second up to I mean 5G is let's call it 100 gigahertz which is 100 billion cycles oscillations per second uh where we're operating now is is 3G communication is around like 750 to 1,000 megahertz which is 750 million to um a billion cycles per second uh Wi-Fi is at 2.4 gigahertz or 5 gahz so 2.4 or 5 billion oscillations per second and 3G or sorry 5G is pushing that level higher um six uh 6 gigahertz is like the mid frequency band and I can explain 5G in dep in depth because it's really confusing because there's three different frequency bands which 5 operates in and most people were scared about millimeter waves which is like 30 GHz or above so much higher frequency than ever before and that's what we have at the airports right yes so yeah 5G has three frequency Brands low low band midband and high band the high band is known as millimeter wave and that's again what everyone's freaking out about because it's super high frequency which means higher energy
