If you don't know your V2 max, I would suggest you do get it. It's a really good baseline marker of where you're at, but it really has this gigantic predictive ability in your all cause mortality.
so what happens is that once your V2 Max goes up again just like physical activity it's a measure of of physical fitness and it's also linked to all cause mortality
and I think that's because I always talk about V2 Max as like the integrator of so much hard work
