and a hot dog bun or a certain kind of bagel where those are more nuance where you're thinking this is a whole food. It's fine. and it's not, you know, quote unquote alter process. Therefore, and so Mike, how do we think about as a parent, how do you tackle this complicated problem knowing you can't do it all, but you want to try to knock out the biggest ones because you're battling this in your own knowledge. You're battling this in your own time and also with your kids. Like, what would your kids actually do? Because there's like this discussion of what's good for the kids. Then there's the reality of kids are like uh-uh I'm not eating that like not doing it. So how do you how would you take this because we have quite a few suggested protocols here that we've done uh research on but how would you do it as a parent?
