reducing inflammation is also important whether that's inflammation from allergy and of course a lot of people's dry eye gets much worse in the spring with seasonal allergies when pollen is around if you have dust allergies in your home uh uh that worsens your symptomatic dry eye um uh or other forms of inflammation there's a there's an element of dry eye that we actually think is inflammation kind of working against our tear glands
