so the way I define inflammation it's a it's a product of our immune system so it is again not inherently bad it's just subject to the the Goldilocks principles I'll say go so much you know everything else in our body our gut microbiome bacteria yeast it's not inherently bad we don't want overgrowth of yeast and bacteria hormones we don't excessive hormones we don't want a deficiency of hormones and same with inflammation we just want to in check and to work when we needed to work but calm down when we need to calm them down
