he suggested that I do essentially the opposite of a situp basically that I lie down on the floor with toes extended legs together and then do essentially a push-up while keeping my hips in contact with the floor so you might think of this kind of as an up dog or a cobra pose in yoga um although not so much extending the head looking up at the ceiling but keeping the head in a neutral position and then doing anywhere from 8 to 10 repetitions of those and then holding the final repetition for as long as I could until I started to Quake a little bit and then relaxing onto the floor
