incandescent and fire are 10 to one so you're putting in so much more infrared than you're getting back uh from visible which is fantastic because that's what we're so deficient in
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I think a combination of those two I think low powered in desent like low angle is is great cuz that's like closest to what fire would be so low angle's below my field of vision not as long as it's not overhead again we're we're nitpicking here I think if you can get rid of Bright Lights like drastically then you are doing a great job so try to turn off the lights as much as you can overhead lights completely get rid of and just have like a couple lamps or whatever you need yeah whatever you need to like what whatever you're doing like get your work done at night if you're on your laptop and we can talk about displays and screens as well but you know whatever you need and and for me I'm what I'm saying is for most people like they're not going to just illuminate their house in red LEDs because it's it's kind of weird and but it's weird in a good way people dig it it is it can be it can be like a Vibe you know like red light dis some Vibes but it is hard to see sometimes and that's because of what I mentioned of our photo receptor sensitivity so if you can balance like a little low power incandescent and some red LEDs I think both of those are are great Solutions but it's like if you can get a little bit of infrared exposure you know I I like the incandescence for for that and it it's calming it's uh you know you mentioned the restaurants like you will get an increase in just like customer response and like feel if you have warm like it's just it passes the grandma test like ask ask your grandma or you know older relative like what kind of lights do you like and they're like yeah something warm in tone like the flicker people don't even realize that it's stressing
