these devices actually came from the porn sites so before we started using them medically in 2010 porn sites were using them to increase length and growth and they do and actually many patients will come to me by what percent so usually about any from 1 to 1 and half inch you can get so what yeah 1 in I mean it's not like you know sounds like a lot to me 2 cenm you know at the maximum you know so and is that a permanent change or is that only a change that you know lasts as long as you continue to use the device so we know that patients have to it uh there has to be some continued therapy so some patients when they finish using it will have some U periodic use say every month or every EXC me once a week or twice a week just for periodic use but some studies will show up to 2 cm uh you can gain in length so it's not negligible
