if you exceed those then you potentially get into some negative areas in terms of overall longevity benefits
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
over exercise damages the heart actually ages it faster and causes more of this happen by the way we we've actually seen this in other studies maybe not as specifically but when you look at long-distance runners long-distance endurance athletes they actually have worse longevity outcomes than sometimes than the average american because they're causing so much oxidative stress
over exercising especially over application of cardiovascular activity is a wonderful way to reduce uh longevity especially when we're talking about heart health
